Who We Are

Melendez Consulting Group LLC was founded by Amanda Melendez, an HR and Operations leader with 20+ years of experience building the systems and structure growing companies rely on.

Her work started early, building office operations for a union-based sign installation company, where structure and compliance weren’t optional. She later supported executive leadership in global organizations as an Executive Assistant, gaining firsthand insight into how businesses operate at the highest level.

Amanda transitioned into HR through consulting, where she began building and refining people operations systems across growing organizations. She then went on to lead HR and Business Operations in a fast-paced technology environment, supporting multi-state teams and building the infrastructure needed to scale.

Today, Amanda partners with founders and leadership teams to build practical, scalable HR and operational systems, from compliance and HRIS implementation to onboarding, workforce planning, and day-to-day operations.

Her background combines hands-on operational leadership with formal training in accounting, process improvement, and payroll systems, including a BBA in Accounting, Lean Process and Six Sigma certifications, and Rippling Payroll certification.
